PM Direct Drive Motor

This PM Direct Drive Motor is developed by Wuxi Ruisida Electric. It is designed for large-diameter industrial ceiling fan systems.

This motor adopts a multi-pole permanent magnet direct drive structure and connects directly to the fan blades without a gearbox.

Compared with traditional induction motor systems with gear reduction units, this direct drive configuration eliminates mechanical transmission components, reducing system energy loss and mechanical complexity.

The absence of a gearbox reduces maintenance requirements and eliminates issues such as gearbox wear, lubrication leakage, and periodic oil replacement.

The multi-pole motor design provides stable high-torque output at low rotational speeds, which is suitable for large-diameter ceiling fan applications.

The motor is available in 220V and 380V configurations, with power ratings ranging from 0.5 kW to 1.5 kW.

Different motor power levels are matched with corresponding fan blade diameters to ensure stable system performance.

Typical application configurations include:

1. 1.5 kW / 380V → 7.3 m diameter / 6 blades
2. 1.2 kW / 380V → 7.3 m diameter / 5 blades
3. 0.9 kW / 380V → 5.5 m diameter / 6 blades
4. 0.8 kW / 380V → 4.5 m diameter / 6 blades
5. 0.5 kW / 220V → 3.5 m diameter / 6 blades

This motor is designed to operate with the RS-PMF2000 series control systems to form a complete PMSM fan drive solution.

Each unit undergoes functional testing and performance verification before shipment to ensure stable operation in industrial environments.
