Flameproof Asynchronous Motor

This Flameproof Asynchronous Motor comes from Wuxi Ruisida Electric. Some fast door installations are located in hazardous environments where explosive gases or combustible dust may be present. In these conditions, the motor must be flameproof.

This motor is designed specifically for such applications. It features a flameproof enclosure and is suitable for areas with explosive gases or dust.

The motor uses a three-phase induction design, which is simple, stable, and highly durable. The gearbox increases output torque significantly, ensuring reliable door operation even in demanding and hazardous environments.

We offer both 220V and 380V versions, with power ranging from 0.75 kW to 4.0 kW. There are six models in total. Shaft hole sizes include 25 mm, 28 mm, and 35 mm, suitable for door sizes from 13 m² to 130 m², with door weights ranging from 55 kg to 600 kg.

We operate our own PCBA production line and maintain a strict quality management system. In 2021, we sold 80,000 industrial door control systems, with products widely tested in real-world applications.

Every motor undergoes 100% inspection before shipment. We support single-unit orders as well as OEM and ODM services.

This motor works best when paired with our flameproof variable frequency control boxes.
