Smooth Start Control for Large Permanent Magnet Fans

This BLDC Ceiling Fan Controller is developed by Wuxi Ruisida Electric. It is designed for high-power permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) ceiling fan applications.

Large industrial ceiling fans (up to 7.3 meters in diameter) generate significant rotational inertia during startup. Conventional controllers may cause mechanical vibration, current surge, or audible noise during acceleration and deceleration.

This controller adopts a dedicated control algorithm for PMSM motor systems. It ensures smooth acceleration and deceleration without mechanical shock.

A noise suppression control strategy is also implemented to reduce operating noise during steady-state operation, making it suitable for long-duration industrial environments.

Designed for Industrial Environments

The controller features an enclosed design suitable for dusty and high-temperature industrial conditions.

Comprehensive motor protection functions are integrated, including adjustable overload protection thresholds. This helps reduce motor thermal stress and extends motor service life.

The unit supports both 220V and 380V power supply configurations.

Power ratings include 0.75 kW and 1.5 kW, compatible with 0.75 kW to 1.5 kW permanent magnet synchronous motors.

We operate our own PCBA production line, ensuring stable manufacturing quality. Each unit undergoes functional testing and aging inspection prior to shipment.

In 2022, we established our own factory facility, enabling standardized production processes and stable output capacity of 20,000 units per month across product lines.

This controller is suitable for industrial factories, warehouses, gymnasiums, logistics centers, and other facilities using large PMSM ceiling fans.

We provide a 3-year warranty for the complete unit and long-term technical support. For international customers, remote troubleshooting, video guidance, and online commissioning support are available.

Samples can be provided for evaluation before bulk orders. Custom options such as voltage configuration and power rating adjustment are also supported.
