This Turntable Stretch Wrapper Complete System includes three main components: a 7-inch touchscreen, a 3-in-1 inverter, and a tension sensor. We program everything at our factory, so you do not need to write a single line of code.

We integrate control, drive, and tension detection into one package. We also run each unit through aging tests before shipment. You simply open the box, install it, and start working.

Your Workers Can Run It Without Training

This unit operates directly on 220V AC power. You do not need a separate power supply. All adjustments are made through the LCD screen. The tension value is displayed clearly, and operators can change it with just a few taps.

No programming experience is required. We also provide fast customization when customers have special requirements. Some wrapping applications need specific film tension settings or unique motion patterns. We adjust the internal parameters to meet those requirements. In some cases, we even develop a dedicated version for the application.

In 2022, we launched the first mobile wrapper control system in China. It received positive feedback from customers and demonstrated our expertise in this field. In 2021, we shipped 80,000 fast door controllers and 5,000 wrapper controllers. These figures are based on actual shipment records.
