This Sensorless Vector VFD is developed by Wuxi Ruisida Electric. We have 10 years of experience in the VFD and industrial drive field.

A standard turntable stretch wrapper typically uses three motors to complete the full wrapping cycle. The turntable motor and carriage motor operate based on speed commands from the control system and do not require tension feedback. This is where the sensorless vector drive is applied.

This drive uses open-loop speed control. It receives speed commands from the controller via a DB9 communication interface and directly drives the three-phase induction motor. The supply voltage is 220V AC, and the rated power is 0.75 kW.

It provides a simple and reliable solution for controlling turntable rotation and carriage lifting functions in standard wrapping machines.

For OEM manufacturers building standard stretch wrappers, a common configuration is as follows:

1. 2 × Sensorless Vector VFD (turntable + carriage motors)
2. 1 × Closed-Loop VFD (pre-stretch roller motor)
3. 1 × Wrapper controller system

This combination ensures a balanced system architecture with clear division of control functions. Wiring remains simple, and commissioning time is reduced.

We operate a full production line covering SMT assembly, functional testing, and aging inspection. Every drive is tested before shipment.

In 2022, we acquired our own factory building, improving production capacity and standardization. Our current monthly output reaches 20,000 units across all product lines.

We maintain safety stock of key components to ensure stable lead times. We support single-unit orders as well as OEM and ODM services.

Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders. Customization is also supported, including parameter adjustment and application-specific modifications.
