This Closed-Loop Vector Control VFD is developed by Wuxi Ruisida Electric. We have 10 years of experience in industrial drive systems. Our 4-person R&D team specializes in motor control and tension regulation technologies.

This drive is specifically designed for stretch wrapper applications that require precise and constant film tension. It operates on 220V AC power and is compatible with three-phase induction motors. The rated power is 0.75 kW.

In traditional open-loop systems, tension cannot be maintained effectively when the film roll diameter decreases during operation. To solve this issue, this VFD connects to a tension sensor via a DB9 communication interface. It reads tension signals in real time and automatically adjusts motor speed to maintain the preset tension value. This is true closed-loop control, ensuring stable and consistent wrapping quality from start to finish.

Our engineering team has extensive experience in closed-loop tension control algorithms. In 2021, we shipped 5,000 wrapper control systems, many of which integrated this VFD as a core drive component, demonstrating its reliable field performance.

In 2022, we acquired our own factory building, enabling more standardized production processes. Our current total production capacity reaches 20,000 units per month across all product lines.

We are ISO 9001 certified. Every unit undergoes full functional testing and aging inspection before shipment.

This Closed-Loop Vector Control VFD is fully compatible with our RW-S2000 and S2000 series controllers. It can also be integrated into existing systems upon request. We support single-unit orders, as well as OEM and ODM customization services.

This drive is suitable for stretch wrappers, film unwinding systems, and constant-tension winding applications.

We provide a 3-year warranty for the complete unit and long-term technical support. For international customers, we offer remote troubleshooting, video assistance, and online commissioning support.

Samples are available for evaluation before bulk orders. For special tension control requirements, our engineering team can adjust parameters or develop customized solutions.
