This Wrapping Machine Remote Controller is developed by Wuxi Ruisida Electric. It is designed in parallel with our mobile wrapper control system.

In mobile wrapping applications, operators often need to control equipment from a distance. Continuous operation beside a moving machine is not convenient and may present safety risks, especially in warehouse environments where equipment travels between storage racks.

This remote controller uses 2.4G wireless communication technology, providing stable signal transmission in industrial environments with multiple obstacles.

In large warehouses and logistics centers, mobile wrappers frequently move between different storage aisles. With this remote controller, operators can remain at a safe distance while maintaining full visibility of the wrapping process. They can start and stop the machine without walking alongside the equipment.

The remote controller is equipped with a 2.8-inch color LCD screen. In addition to basic start and stop functions, it allows users to monitor system parameters directly from the handheld device.

Operators can also adjust key parameters such as film tension and operating speed without returning to the main touchscreen panel. This reduces unnecessary movement and improves operational efficiency.

The device is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery and charged via a Type-C interface. A full charge supports one full working day under normal operating conditions.
