This Mobile Wrapping Machine Full Set System includes a 7-inch touchscreen, a 3-in-1 DC motor driver, a tension sensor, and a remote control. Every function is pre-programmed before shipment, so no coding is required.
Before developing this product, we spoke with many customers. They told us that mobile wrappers often face two major challenges. One is maintaining a stable power supply during movement. The other is ensuring reliable control signals. Our system solves both problems. It operates on a 24V DC battery and uses 2.4G wireless communication for the remote control. The signal remains stable even when the machine moves between warehouse racks and structural columns.

The system is operated through a 7-inch touchscreen. All operating parameters are displayed clearly on the screen. You can adjust motor drive settings and film tension directly through the interface.

The remote control features its own 2.8-inch color display. It does more than simply start and stop the machine. Operators can monitor system data and adjust settings remotely. The remote is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery and charges through a Type-C port. A full charge can support an entire working day.

In 2021, we shipped 80,000 fast door controllers and 5,000 wrapper controllers. In 2022, we introduced this mobile wrapper control system, the first product of its kind in China. It received positive feedback from customers and helped us establish a leading position in this market segment.
